YES, we have found a donor kidney for Kevin and the transplant team of doctors at UCSD Medical Center (San Diego, CA) find the kidney to be a good or what they call "best match" for Kevin's size and medical requirements.

A very close and long-time friend of ours, David Beat, is making a very generous life decision to help out another individual, his friend Kevin, so that Kevin will be able to live a some-what normal lifestyle in the years to come.

We have been friends of David and Susan's since the mid-70's when we all started to attend stock car races at Cajon Speedway.  We have many great memories from the years of stock car racing, trips to the desert, water skiing at the river and snow skiing with David and Susan for their honeymoon at South Lake Tahoe.

We can't begin to thank David Beat and his family, Susan, Meredith and Jenna, for the gift of a better quality of life for Kevin.
